There also could be a "hidden" set of fuses up behind the fuse panel above the E-brake. You will have to get down under the dash and look. It also could be a bad power outlet.
And if it's not a fuse I'd check what you're putting into the power outlet. The reason I say this is because when I traded my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse I tried to use the same car charger that I used with the Eclipse but it would never work in my Durango. After checking the fuses I tried a newer one that was a different brand. Turns out the old one I was using was just a little bit to short to make contact inside the power outlet on the dash of my Durango, so now it has a permanent home inside my Silverado...
