I thinks something is wrong with my master switch.

Default I thinks something is wrong with my master switch.
In the winter, none of the windows will roll down unless done by the master switch.

In the summer, all the windows work fine.

Thoughts?

check the contacts on the lockout switch, i would bet on that switch being the issue, you can put a jumper in to bypass the switch if you dont need the window lockout option
