Default My first alteration!?

I am looking to do my first major alteration to my 2003 slt+ Durango. Currently all i have done is put in a K&N air filter. I am looking to do something mostly affordable and in any category (performance, cosmetic). Suggestions please?

I am partial to cutting the top off. That or running dualies on the rear. 6 tires rock.
