Default Fog Lights

I have a 2000 4.7L and I know the engine size is irrelevant but anyways, there comes a time in every Durango owners life that they want to modify their rig, and for me right at this moment, I'm all about the fog lights. What would be the difficulty in installing aftermarket foglights for a 2001-2003 durango into a 2000? change the relay and switch? modify the 2000's dash to accomodate the change?

I was going in a new direction with the look of my truck. I have smoked black tail lights and just put in new smoked headlights, and now i was going to complete the "smoked" look by replacing the fog lights with a pair of smoked HALO's. Plus, the drivers side fog light isn't in the best condition (Cracked/scratched) and for just a bit more money, I could get a set that would complete the look of my truck, rather than going just stock.

The ones I found on eBay come with a relay, switch and bulbs, and I was just curious on how the installation process would be.

If you have factory ones then use the factory wiring, the install might require some modifications to mount them in the bumper. Also, does it say that they are a direct replacement? If so no modifications should be necessary.

They are a direct replacement for the 2001-2003 Durango's, but I have the 2000. Thats why I was wondering compatibility issues with getting the new ones.

The wiring won't need modification, neither should the mounts I don't think. Some one with a 2001 should chime in if they are the same.
