Default Coolant or Air Con Leak ?

Ever since I got my 2000 Durango in February, when I turn the engine off I can hear a 'swirling bubbling' sound coming from what seems to be under the passenger side front floor.
Saturday I parked up and heard some 'fizzing' from the outside, so I look underneath and low and behold there was fluid (I presumed it to be water) dripping down off the chassis and running down one exhaust downpipe.
Once cooled I checked all my coolant hoses, couldn't see any problems, and topped up the coolant (which is being lost slowly, somewhere).
Get to work Monday, slight drip again, open the bonnet and 'voila!', the silver thin metal pipe to the left of the engine heading towards the bulkhead (which I believe to be an air con pipe) is dripping what looks like water from a square shaped union in the pipe.

Questions abound :

a) When R134 leaks does it look like water ?
b) Is this in fact an aircon pipe ?
c) Is it easy to fix by Joe Mechanic, or do I need to get an air con specialist to look at it ?
d) Can I just replace the union, or the whole pipe ?
e) Anyone encountered this issue before ?

Many thanks in advance as always.

1) you posted in the wrong place

2) that is the normal AC vent tube. It is pure water. Leave it alone. The noise is the water hitting the hot exhaust pipe and motor

Apologies for the oversight in the posting location.

Thanks for the clarification Indy, that's possibly the best news I could have received.

Cheers.
