some have speculated that the distribution block would need to be replaced as well in order to remove allow the pressure to completly release on the rear brakes, but i have no confirmation on this.
I did look into replacing mine with an adjustable one but kept the stock distribution block when I did the axle swap and to date I have not had one single braking problem with it.
That includes towing my boat and a camper long distances as well as around town.
