Default radiator replace on new vechical

well i come from the second gen dakota side but yesterday i picked up a 99 durango slt 5.9l 4x4 all power leather 3rd row set up to tow test drove it from a friend of mines lot and it had a cracked radiator so we started replacing it last night and after all installed and ready to drive it and the transmission pressure line were it goes into the connector decided it wanted to spray atf to hell and half acre but getting it finished to today hope to be cruising it soon so i can give it to the wife as it her new toy

well she wanted my truck and that was just not going to happen so she got a durango only downfall is it has a bigger motor then mine does

Seeing all the work that your truck has done you should be able to win a race, but towing is another story

just means your wife will have more power... more power = safer, maybe she'll let you borrow it now and then :P

Ya it's a slim possibility but I'll have to sneak mods on to hers but that thing has some get up and go but the damn security system kept going off like crazy and was. Puzzled for a sec it had security system but mo remote fobs so I called dodge and got the build sheet and it did have keyless entry so I had a fob for one so tomorrow it's getting programed for it then found out it had 9.25 rear end with limited slip and 3.92 gears and the 42rfe so need to see how people converted them to 545rfe and that's about it for now

you cant convert that to a 545, the 545 (and 45) rfe were only available on the 4.7 in these trucks, it wont bolt to the 5.9

99 durango slt 5.9l 4x4
You have a 46RE if you have a 5.9L engine.

well been busy with it again and fixing a few things

tranny cooler
replaced headlight switch
rear wiper switch
master window switch
tires 31x10.50-15 sxt
and ordered the stuff to do tie rod ends, ball joints and idler arm

hopefully thats it for awhile
