Default Excessive sway/body roll

I have an '03 AWD SLT+ with 94k miles. When driving down the road at highway speeds, if I hit a bump, especially with one side more than the other, the truck begins to sway/roll from side to side very excessively. There seems to be an increased amount of roll during sharper corners as well.

I've went to every corner and shoved it down, and every one comes right back and levels out without any noticeable bounce. I've shoved it to the side from every wheel, and there seems to be more sway in the front than the rear. So I crawled under the front and the sway bar has about 1/4" past the bushing on the passenger side, but is sticking out over an inch on the driver's side. I pried the sway bar farther back to the passenger side to even it out, and it went fairly easily. Is this normal?

I originally posted this question in the 2nd gen thread by mistake and couldn't figure out how to move it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I plan on replacing the front sway bar bushings as soon as I get a chance.

Also wanted to add there is no noticeable bounce straight up and down, or front to back when hitting any bumps.

Sounds like time for new sway bar bushings, someone with more experience will chime in. When was the last time you put in shocks?

I got it with 85k miles on it, and I haven't touched the shocks, so I'm not sure how old they are. I just have a hard time believing they are the cause as it is only side to side sway, no bouncing up and down.

Then it is related to the sway bar.

Well I would replace the 4 bushings. Most likely it's just wear on the bushings on the frame that is allowing it to slide from one side to the other. Energy Suspension is now making replaceable bushings that kick the crap out of OEM because they are polyurethane.

I ordered the bar to frame bushings from napa, and they were loose on the bar. Upon looking at the part number on napa's site (265-2345), it says this bushing is 1.4". From what I've seen it's either 1.4 or 1.3. So, I'm assuming it must be 1.3". Now the problem is I can't seem to find 1.3" sway bar bushings, except for these http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Sway-Bar-Bushing-Kit-Moog_10025924-P_77_R|GRPCHASAMS_1183907239____ but that's just to the control arm and not the frame. They don't have the ones to the frame at 1.3". And when it comes to looking for the energy suspension ones, they don't look right at all.
So, please, I beg you to help me find the proper bushings!!! Thanks in advance once again for your help!!!

Just found these, look like they are the right size. Let me know what you guys think please. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/com...8?ie=UTF8&i=25

Looks like Auto Zone has them, and NAPA should have them as well:
