Front Plate Solutions

I live in Ohio which requires a front licence plate. The 99 Durango I just got is from PA, no front plates. There's no holes for anything yet, and I do have a brush guard. Any suggestions on how to mount my plate.

lol... well i just zip tied my plate to the truck... lol...

The license plate kit number is a mopar 55076597AE. It comes with the screws to install it on the front bumper.
