Unhappy Tiny light bulbs behind Homelink buttons

Okay so basically I'm trying to find a part number on some really tiny bulbs. I noticed that I had a couple of bulbs out in my overhead console so I proceeded to remove the console from the ceiling. I saw these small little white circle things where the buttons were so i took one out, and out came a little light bulb. Now I took it to O'reilly today and they didn't know what it was so I assume it may be a dealer only part. I just don't want to get scraped with a ridiculous charge for these little things. I will get a picture of what I'm talking about soon. Thanks in advance!! -Joe

That is a bulb and socket. Take the bulb out and look at the numbers on it. Match numbers to the replacement bulb and you are fine.

Sorry sir but you are incorrect. The bulb has no numbers on it. but the wire you see at the base of the "socket" is one of two that hold the bulb into said socket. Here is a picture of the bulb.

It's still a bulb and a socket, regardless of there being numbers on there or not.

Generally, there are numbers. Looks like a trip to the dealer now to cross reference the the bulb. I bet they don't sell you a socket again. Dunno however, I'm just guessing.
