Rear Drums. Less braking in the rear of the vehicle causes the front to stick, the rear to slide.

rear abs was standard so if the abs is functioning the back shouldn't slide

But if the rears are packed full of dust and out of adjustment it will cause the rears to slide regardless if your foot is on the brake or not. Under the right conditions of course...

Any reasonably stiff suspension will fishtail a little if you hit a bad washboard at high speed. There's nothing wrong with it.

You have a solid rear axle with leaf springs and stiff off-road shocks.
It will never be able to respond fast enough at highway speeds to wash board type bumps.
