Heck man,it might...
That goes to hydra and sharpshtr......can his knock sensor do this? I'm not sure if it has that much parameter or funtion,it just adjust's the advance to compensate precombustion right... Hope it's not an actual major drop in oil pressure and he's hearing an actual knock in the crank....maybe the pressure just went down from the stall.back to some reading on this.....

but i also did notice for some reason my oil gauge is sittin normal an then itll drop to 0 and then go up again. it will do this the whole time its running
This sounds like oil isn't getting to the top of the motor. I would drop the oil and filter and replace it with 5W-30 and a new oil filter first and foremost. Next time you take video of your truck hold the damn cammera still, your givin me a head ache!

When I first came to you guys for help was when mine was noisy.I had the a/c compressor noise but there was some tappet action there also. That's when we talked about Mopar and Purolator filters. That's probably where your advice saved my a** and my Durango's top end....it had a Fram when i got it...

Well, you're talking about selling it,it's understandable..you'll get a lot more for it
running better/quieter..you know that though.
hydra's right, best I can tell it sounds like top end noise all around your engine
so getting the right oil is the start.DON'T put a Fram filter on it. I do think that's where mine stopped the noise. Cheap diagnostic, maybe a good result...

Autozone has a special this week (here anyway) $16.88 for a 5qt jug and a filter. Valvoline conventional, you can swap the filter for $1 more..I didn't see in their online catalog though...
