Default 4.7 valve covers leaking, new gaskets

Hello,

I was wondeirng how can one tell if the valve covers are warped? they are the 4.7 valve cover off a 01 Durango they are made out of Magnesium, I reecntly had them Powdercoated, I have put new gaskets and all, they are being torgued at 105 Inch pounds as the manual says, the gaskets have not been pinched or torn double checked that! lol! any help appreciated!

straight edge and feeler guage when they're removed...

plate glass is damn near the flatest thing you can possibly test things on to see if there flat, so go **** off your wife by holding your oily valve covers on a window large enough.

probally warped them with the powdercoating. 4.7 valve covers are pretty thin and powder coating requires some pretty good heat.
