Default Fuel Mileage Issue

So my 99 Durango got out of the shop a few weeks ago. The control arm had popped out and i needed new front shocks.

When i got it back, i could tell the MPG had dropped. It runs fine, just something is off and I can't tell what. I took it in to get an oil change about a week later, Mobile 1 full synthetic, new Spark plugs, and a new battery. Tire pressure is all the same as before it went into the shop.

I can't seem to find anything different that should be affecting it. My driving habits have not changed. I work at a pizza shop doing delivery in town and the country. I was getting around 14.5-15.5 average. Now every fill up, about 6 so far, have been 14 or lower.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Front end alignment could be off as well. Tire scrub will kill your gas mileage quickly. I had mine aligned incorrectly once by a shop and my mileage dropped ~2 mpg as well as killed the tires.

Thanks guys. It might be the gas. I live in Ohio so they might be getting different gas now. The alignment seems fine, but i'll keep an eye on it.

They could have played with a Pre-CAT O2 sensor and that would cause it.
