Default Turn Signals stay solid, quit blinking

Hi All,

About a month ago my turn signals quit working. With everyone's advice, I replaced the turn signal module. And that got my turn signals working like a charm. Today they quit blinking. They just stay solid green on the dash and the buld stays solid amber. If I move the turn signal lever up and down the bulbs flash. Could this be a fuse? Or is my turn signal module bad again?

Thank you
Deb
