Default 2002 Durango Rear Wiper

I have a 2002 Durango. The rear wiper operates for about 30 seconds when the ignition is turned off. It will continue to operate if the vehicle is running. Does anybody have any ideas on what is wrong?

does adjusting the rear wiper switch make a difference? or does the switch not work at all?

also any other electrical problems with the truck? (might seem unrelated, but list em anyway)

Thanks for the response. I do have other electrical problems: both heated mirrors , drivers side heated seat, power windows only work from drivers side, when car is unlocked by key fob the horn beeps 3 times, rear wiper has one speed only.

heated mirrors may be related, may not, drivers side heated seat is NOT related, and id say the horn on unlock is probably related, based on this id definitely look into replacing the CTM, it needs to be programmed by the dealer to your vin, bring all your key fobs with you so that they can be programmed, its much easier for them to do it than for you to do the extras yourself (you MUST have one of the fobs programmed by them)
