i agree, that looks like a 4.7 to me, the intake is different, and the tb comes out at a different angle (the 5.x it points straight up,t he 4.7 angles towards the back)

take a better picture, but i think i see a coil pack underneath the hard lines going under the intake box, that makes it almost 100% that its a 4.7

if it was installed in the factory all of these trucks have a yellow sticker which says which engine they got.

 

that's definitely not a 5.2 or a 5.9, if it was the alternator would be on the passenger side of the engine, so it must be a 4.7
