Hi folks..I have an 01 Durango with rear heat and a/c. The rear heat stopped working so I found info on here and found the problem...the famouse servo over-run that breaks the tabs and also broke my servo door. My question is..after making the needed repairs, I decided to test the servo rotation before attaching to the mount to make sure I had the correct rotation because I was,nt sure if they had to be "dialed" to the open and closed possition. Upon checking this, the rear servo for the heat continues to rotate. If I turn the temp controll in small incriments, the servo also moves in a small incriment, but, if I go streight from cold to hot on the control, the servo continues to rotate about 1 1/2 full turns resulting in broken tabs and heat exchange door! What could be the reason for the exessive over-run? could it be the heater control or is there some type of relay? I swapped the servo with the front and had the same result...Any ideas? Thanx
