Default Biggest Tire with shackle lift?

I'm about to do the shackle lift and was wondering what size tires to run with the extra 2" of lift. Im running 31's right now with the stock height and will be the first to admit that I am a complete Ratard when it comes to figureing out tire sizes. I have a set of 15 and 16 inch wheels, the last owner gave me the extra set since they went with M/T tires from a dakota on it. What size do you guys sugest I get for which size wheel. The wheels are the same just trying to find out which one would be cheaper and better off to keep.

32inch outside diameter is the biggest you can go without rubbing

You can run 32x10.5x15 even without the TS lift. I did it with my truck. Looks better with a little lift, anyway!

Is !0.5 the widest I can run On the stuck Wheels? What 2xx/xx/(15/16) is close to 32's I never understood tire sizing, I get a headache with all the math there is a reason I joined the army all we need to know is how to count to 4 and repeat lol.

I wouldn't recommend much wider, your tires will already be rubbing on the frame at full lock. Not a big deal as it's a flat surface.

265/70/16 is stock for the Durango, which are 31's. 265/75/16 is roughly a 31.6" tall tire.

What they are talking about is a Standard size, not metric. So depending on your rim (which should be a 15") then the widest you should go is a 32 X 10.5 R15 on your stock rim. 11.5 wide is pushin it and will rub on the frame, not to mention I don't think the rim is wide enough.

See, in 1998-1999 the tire size was either 235 X 75 R15, or it came with 31 X 10.5 R15 as an upgrade. This is why the door states the 235, because the 31 was an upgrade.

I have the 15's on there now with 31x10.5R15 on there right now but they are worn so Im just looking to see what would be a better size for either the 15 or 16 inch wheels I have for it. Seems like a much larger market for the 16.

Either way whether 15 or 16 rim with the 32" tire will be the same size, they don't change like the metric tire sizes do when you change rims.
