Awesome , thanks man this post saved me a ton of time. Corrosion of the joint under drivers sill plate was exactly my problem too!!

Red/wht wires join there with just cloth tape around them. The joint is right next to drivers seat under sill plate in the wire bundle.

2003 Durango SLT

Replaced the 20 AMP Fuse labeled "Power Out" in the fuse box located under the hood. 4 fuses from the top on the left hand side. Got power back
