So I did it the exact way that it's set up in that picture and my fogs came on and stay on no matter whati do

I jumped the power from top/rear most (front of truck looking rearward) to the middle terminal. Hot only when switch is on. Works fine with 14gage and two pins. Left relay in emty spot. 1998 Durango no Daylight Running Lights. Just did HIDs and do your homework before you buy. There are a lot of good threads here. Found out the hard way no one carries electrical autmotive parts. Had to goto stereo store and redneck some stuff.

The instructions are already here for fog's on while high bulbs are illuminated, however the instructions are different for each year. As for low and high bulbs on at the same time?, well I don't see any point to that.
