Default misfire on 3 and 5

First thanks for all of your guys help over the last year or so.

i have a 02 4.7l and when i give it gas 3/4 throttle it wont shift and will hold out tell the rpm's drop to about 2 grand. it keeps popping up a misfire on 3 and 5. some times the code stay's sometimes the light pops up then go's away when it finally shifts. i marked and switched injectors around did new plugs. and then did a compression test and nothing wrong there.

any ideas? i'm stomped

Camshaft sensor and could be a transmission output sensor.

If you are having a misfire problem, That will also cause tranmission problems too. You need to fix the misfire and then see how the transmission shifts. Now if your misfire is on number 3 and 5. You could have a blown head gasket between the two cylinders.

Did you use the Champion plugs? I hear using other brands could cause a misfire.
