Default Need help badly

Hey guys im new to the forum and i appresciate any insight you may have. i pulled out the cv shafts on my 01 durango and replaced them with 1 1/2 inch grade 8 bolts and washers to hold the bearings together temporarily. problem is when i removed the drivers side cv shaft i didint know that the spline shaft(i guess thats what it is called) was a part i needed to keep. so inshort i am ready to put the d back together for a trip to texas, but i cant find the part i need for the front diff to put the new cv shafts in.

all I can find when I search for it, is the whole CV assembly...I will try to do a little more digging for you

Also, can you give more info on your vehicle please? Year Make Model Trim 4x4 or 2wd?

You may need to call the dealer to get this part....

You will have to get the bushing from a donor out of a junk yard or go to a dealer. When you removed the drivers side it sounds like it stayed on the CV, unlike the passenger side. This can happen and you simply knock it off and it just snaps back into the axle housing. Then you insert the CV.
