Default Help! 99 Durango with major idle issues

I am new to the forum, and need help trying to figure out my idle problem with my 99 Durango 5.2L, 137,000mi. Been having a problem lately where my D was idling from about 500-750RPM. Steady up and down. No engine code (have a scan tool). This would happen periodically, not evey day. Woke up the other day, hopped in, started, stalled immediately. Would stay running with my foot on the gas, as soon as I took it off, dead. Scanned, no code. Went to parts store, bought TPS thinking this may be my issue. Replaced, reset computer, seemed to work great. Drove to work the next day, got off the expressway and now its idling way high (900-1000RPM in gear, 1200-1300RPM in Park). Scanned, no codes! Replaced IAC, tested voltage on TPS, IAC, MAP sensors both @ the harness plug, (~5v from PCM on all and voltage range on all were perfect). Reset computer. Idles great when I first start up, then after I drive it, its back to its high idle. Its driving me insane, not to mention I'm ripping through fuel (@3.59 per gallon ). My next guess after reading several hundred forums is the PCM is shot. Am I on the right path here? Are there any other sensors I should check voltages on that may cause this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry this is so long, but I want everyone to know the whole story. Thanks.

1+ shrp. Have you tried another tps or iac? Could also be a vacuum leak which isnt too hard to find with throttle body cleaner. Maybe throttle body gasket/seal or intake mani gasket. Pcv hose? Once fixed a mazda that had that problem.

Sounds like a bad battery or a bad or corroded battery terminal connection.

I checked for vacuum leaks all is well. Took my "new" tps back and exchanged it. Bingo, they sold me a defective one. Thanks for the help
