Default '99 Blower Motor Resistor Wiring Question

The blower motor on my '99 Durango has been having issues. It slowly lost power on the different settings then only ran on high then intermitent on high and now has stopped working all together. I had this happen on my '92 Dakota and it was the resistor. I've found and removed the resistor which was a TOTAL pain in the ***. Looking at it it appears fine. No burnt connectors and the plug for it appears good as well. I'd like to by pass it to test the blower motor it self but aren't sure which wires to jump. Mine only has 4 pins. One side has a green wire and green/white striped wire. The other side has a brown wire and a blue wire. I've search all over but cant find any info except for the newer 5 pin resistors from the 2000 and newer Durangos. Can any one shed some light on this for me? I'm headed north for work tomorrow and need to get this repaired.

Thanks
Tim

IIRC the green and green/white is your power/on off for the blower motor.
