Goodluck glad youre making progress and close to getting it done. I would say this is one of the projects that requires more patience than mechanical work...a lot more!

 

I had the same exact problem with a bolt that broke off,just 1 though,went to the junk yard the bolts came right out no problems, that was some #@&%- right there....plus there were a couple of vac lines that were sheard off from being too close to the blend door levers....i have heat now better than before
