Stay away from High Mileage oil (75000 oil). As long as you have changed the oil on time, is nothing more than a gimmick. If you are worried about it, take your ride to a BG service center for the BG performance oil service (the whole shabang), and from them on keep using the synthetic of your choice. I been using Amsoil for the last 16 years. Over 217000 miles in the old SUV and 124000 (both daily drivers his/hers) in the newer one, have never have a problem with either one.
