Default Winch and stock bumper

So along with my body lift I'm making a new front bumper for more front end clearance. I'm sticking with the stock upper Steel part though. Making a new lower half. Does anyone know if the front bumper could handle towing my d up a hill or through mud as long as I added a winch plate?

prob not over several uses its always a good idea to find a way to have your winch plate tie into the frame. The front bumper isn't really meant to hold a lot of weight really just to dampen the force of a front end collision. It would prob work for a while but I wouldn't trust it especially if your winch is whats keeping you and your rig from flipping endlessly down a big hill.
