Also the fuel filter is built into the fuel pump. You have to replace the pump to replace the filter. Go ahead and do the tune up also.

With that many miles definitly replace the fuel filter they should be changed at least every 100,000 but a lot of times they are overlooked untill the vehicle starts running poorly

There's two filters one in the tank which is primarily to catch bigger particles and the other filter is an inline filter which is usualy located halfway between the tank and motor on the frame rail and that's the one I was reffering to but both the filter and the pump should be changed every 100k as preventative maintnence

Yeah going down the right lines...tune up, fuel cleaner, throttle body and iac cleaning possibly, and tbe tps idea wouldnt hurt either.

Take that throttle body off and clean it up too. I had a slight itratic idle and that helped
