99 Durango 5.2L cranks but won't start any ideas?
Hi everyone
I normally just lurk around on here and love the forum there's a lot of good useful info on here. I'm having an issue with my 99 Dodge Durango 5.2L SLT w/ 160k on it and don't know the history on it. It's been great so far the only thing I have had to replace has been the alternator.
Long story short. I was driving yesterday (poring down rain) and the check engine light flashed for a few minutes and it has a slight hesitation like a misfire. The CEL then went off and it seemed fine. I drive home and park it lastnight and I go to start it this morning and it just cranks but won't start.
The fuel pump turns on when the ignition is on and I pushed in the fuel rail port nozzle and there does seem to be pressure as fuel did shoot out.
I don't have an obd scanner to see if any codes can be pulled I'm stranded at my house until this evening. In the mean time I wanted to be able to trouble shoot as much as I can while stuck. Any input/suggestions on what I could do to rule anything else out in the mean time? Thanks guys!

+1 spark should come out a bluish color...and like he said check it at the plugs and work backwards.
