cliclkin noise

Default cliclkin noise

hey guys im new to dodge forum but from lookin around on here its a pretty awesome site. i need some help. i have a 02 durango sxt 4.7 automatic 2wd. just changed the ball joints upper and lower on both sides and both front wheel bearings. now i gotta clicking popping noise from the front end while turning at low speeds cant hear it at higher speeds. everything looks to be tight and in place correctly so idk what to do next thanks for any ideas and help

what brand of ball joints and wheel bearings did you use? could be tie rod ends

Not sure what the brand is ordered them online and didnt really pay attention is there a way to check the tie rod ends i should mention it only pops when turning at low speeds sounds almost like something is binding but it all looks good

Just an update my uncle just came and looked at my durango and he drove it and got under it and look and he couldnt make it do it again so i tried and still nothin any ideas

my 99 durango pops when turning into a parking spot....i suspect tie rod ends

I'm suspecting tie rods too. I'd replace inner and outer and get an alignment

im trying to figure out all my squeaks haha...i swear they are coming from everywhere...hopefully when i do shocks n sway bar bushings that will help

Yea mine was squeakin and poppin over bumps changed out the ball joints and that took care of all of it this just started yesterday now its only doin it every now and then so ill go get some tie rod ends and an alignment thanks for the help guys
