I used the meguiars kit from Walmart cause I had a gift card and I was actually surprise how well my lights turned out. My buddy just made his own kit, got a very fine grade sandpaper with some plastic wax and buffed it on with his hand, turned out awesome!

I used the 3M kit with the drill attachments. Turned out very nice, I highly recommend!

yea I have tried just about every one I could find and you cant beat the ones with the drill attachment. 3M is a great one, and meguiars with the foam ball is good to...but you cant beat a good wet sanding with some plastic buffing paste. But if you do it this way be very carefull...you can ruin your headlights if you don't do it right!

I got the meguiars kit from walmart with the drill attachment and used it on my fog lights and the headlights on my moms vw. I was impressed with how nice everything came out. Here are some pics:

one of my fog lights before (only pic I could find)

same one after

both of them done

my mom's vw after (couldn't find a before pic, but they were just as bad as my fog lights)

Another vote for the 3M kit..Its takes time to go through each step an layer(which is good)But its seems to get better results then then the easy 1 or 2 step method products..I have done about 2 dozen vehicles using the 3M kit..Sadly most of them are not my own..

Believe it or not, Crest tooth paste and some wax works wonders. Could have spent more time on it for better results, but it was a chevy...

I've always heard that too but never tried it. I just grabbed the meguiars kit since it was on sale for 7 bucks
