yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how else is the system supposed to get fluid into it? you fill up both and thena s the air works its way out the level in the overflow will drop some

Yea you have to first fill up through the radiator cap with the heater on HOT and full blast, cap it off, then fill up the reservoir. Then bleed if necessary depending on the engine.
