Default Remove Start motor 5.9 L

I read this tutorial

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...-and-5-2l.html

For starters my two little connections on top of the starter are different and I cant seem to get the plug in the picture off. Anyone have any idea how this particular plug works I dont want to break it.

as of now I cant get the bolts off because the 1/2 inch extension I have is to long and I cant get the ratchet in :/

With the plug, you just have to push the black clips in just there on the left side where the wires go into it.
As for the bolts PB blaster is your best friend btw. And you can try a shorter extenstion. What size one are you using?

the plug that is circled has a read locking tab on it, slide that tab out (you may need to use a screw driver to get it started sliding) once it is out follow the directions above squeeze any tabs on the sides and pull it may be a very tight fit.
