Truck wont start. click's once please help

I removed the positive cables and cleaned all the **** out then installed a new connector and the truck started right up.

Thanks guys I wish I would have posted before diagnosing the problem myself, the starter was probably fine :/

Glad you got it fixed...loose connections and corrosion are the enemy, but always remember to check the terminals as well

I have a similar situation except no clicking and I've cleaned corrosion as well. I have a Dodge Durango 1999 won't start. Everything turns on when key is turned in ignition but doesn't click or anything, I changed the starter fuse and it started right up for a day...next morning same issue. What else can I check

Can anyone help or anyone out there experienced the same thing...Starter is at most year old, fuel pump replaced last winter, battery is only a couple months old....at a loss
