yup need engine and/or t-case positions to determine which case you have

you should also be able to call the dealer with your VIN and get a build sheet, the build sheet should list which t-case you have.

It's a 4.7. I tried calling a dealer on friday, but everything seems to be closed by the time I get off of work ha

fill out the required information, enter your COMPLETE vin # int he message and request a build sheet, and in a day or two y ou should recieve a response(email) with a complete build sheet

Thought I'd share... got my transfer case replaced and it's working great It was a pain in the butt to get the old one off but I'm glad it's done! Here's a nice picture of my old transfer case xD Name:  0514122004.jpg
