Default 2002 Durango Power steering pump question

I'm new to the forum. I've had my 2002 Durango for about 2 years. The bearing in the power steering pump is going out and I'm needing to get a new one. The problem is I don't know if I need the 18mm shaft or the 17mm shaft. It's a 4.7 4WD. I've gone to several different parts stores and they can't tell me which one I need. Any assistance would be appreciated!!!

Thanks
Steve

You might be better of just getting a new pump. Or a pump from the wrecking yard. How much they want for the bearings

Take it in and get the right replacement.

Or buy both and return the wrong one when you're done. BTW the PS pump is cheap enough to just replace it rather than hassle with it. Napa sells them for $45 plus the core, and minus the headache

Well, I pulled it yesterday. Seems they used a junkyard pump from an 01 dakota, which I know would work. We had an issue getting the lines disconnected so had to cut them and buy a new line as well. Looks like they pulled the pump and line in one piece and installed it in mine. All fixed and running like a top again! 165k and counting, I think she'll run for a while yet!

Thanks everyone!
