Ok I changed a motor on 1999 dodge durango 318 after the change I got no spark out of the coil. Changed coil pac cam sensor dis cap and button and plugs. Cleaned grounds pulled crank sensor and checked by passing over ground on motor and hear asd relay and fuel pump click on. psd sending 5v to sensors but no ground pulse being sent to coil but have 12v to coil when turning over. and hooked up ODB II and no power to ODB. Some one told me to check cig lighter fuse cause it send power to ODB port and also swapped ASD relay with another one and still no go. HELP!!!!! Is it wire harness or 1/2 of PSD gone. Please help really stumped on this one...
