I just bought a 2001 Durango a few days ago. Love'n it, but is there any way I can increase my mpg???

 

put a brick under the gas pedal

either that or buy a CAR, you are driving a 5000 truck w/ the aerodynamics of a brick, for their size these trucks actually do very well on gas

 

I agree with shrps. These are trucks, if you want to increase mileage there are things you can do but you would have to drive it alot to get the savings to pay for the mod. The biggest things are a tuner and e-fan conversion.

 

you could do the hombrew CAI. It should help some with gas mileage and keep the engine running cooler and better

Walk! I hear that help you get you great MPG's.. Seriously if your looking for good MPG's buying a V8 is not the smartest way to go.
