Default Fuel Pump

My 1999 Durango has needed a new fuel pump for a while now and ive decided that instead of buying an entire new pump module im going to buy the repair kit with the new screens, clamps, and the pump itself because its 1/3 the price. the question i have is what brand is the stock pump? is it just made by chrysler or is it a separate company because the kits ive seen are brand specific, like for Walbro pump modules only.

Delphi. Just replace the whole thing correctly and be done with it. Fuel isn't something you want to mess aground with.

I got the whole thing, brand new, for $85 on Amazon 10/10/2010.

Delphi FG0238

I agree, just replace the whole unit and save yourself some time having to do it twice later.

+3 for simply replacing it all the way, the repair kit only replaces the seals and screens, if there is something mechanically wrong it wont work
