Default Trim panels

This is, I am hoping, a relatively simple question to answer (It's always the simple things that confuse me). I'm attempting to install a 4 channel amp, and I spent a good 3 hours today reading manuals and looking up information online so I was ready. The only thing I'm not sure about are the trim panels between the front and rear doors, covering the tube through which the speaker wires run into the door. (Door molex?) The panel covering the tube is easy enough to pry free, but fits underneath another panel above it preventing me from pulling it off. I can't seem to pull the other panel off because of the seat belt. Is there something painfully obvious that I am missing? Can I detach the seat belt somehow, and then remove both door panels?

Welcome to DF
I'm guessing you are asking about the B-pillar.

REMOVAL
The upper B-pillar trim is attached to the B-pillar with spring clip retainers. The lower B-pillar trim is attached with screws and spring clip retainers.

Remove front seat belt turning loop cover and turning loop.
Grasp upper B-pillar trim and pull outward to release spring clip retainers.
Remove door sill trim front and rear.
Remove lower B-pillar trim screws.
Grasp lower B-pillar trim and pull outward to release spring clip retainers.
Route shoulder belt through access slot in lower B-pillar trim.
Separate lower B-pillar trim from vehicle.

Front and rear door trim come off and put back the same way.

Roll window down.
Remove window crank (WINDOW CRANK - TYPICAL), if equipped.
Remove screws attaching trim panel to door (DOOR TRIM PANEL) and (TRIM PANEL SCREW).
CAUTION: Do not forcibly pull trim panel from door, damage to trim panel may occur.

Simultaneously lift upward and outward to release retainer steps from inner door panel (TRIM PANEL RETAINER).
Disengage inside handle linkage rod from inside handle.
Disconnect speaker harness wire connector (SPEAKER AND POWER MIRROR CONNECTOR).
Disengage power mirror wire connector, if equipped (driver's side only) (SPEAKER AND POWER MIRROR CONNECTOR).
Disengage clips attaching power window/lock switch panel to door trim panel. Disengage wire connector from switch panel, if equipped (POWER DOOR LOCK/WINDOW CONNECTOR).
Separate door trim panel from vehicle.

This part here: "Remove front seat belt turning loop cover and turning loop."

Can you specify on this a little more? I'm not completely sure what this is or how to do it?

You remove the cover to get to the bolt.
