Take it to a shop to have the system tested... they can put dye in there that will show you where the leak is.. an A/C system is not something that should be done DIY unless you have the proper equipment and know what your doing.

I agree. For someone who's not capable of doing it the money spent on labor is close to half the value of the Durango to begin with. Someone who can tackle the job on their own still faces high costs replacing the part and then having a shop recharge the system, and that's not considering the chances that something will get broken during the process, and the chances that it may not go back together easily...and it may be down for a few days. Not a good project for a daily driver with no backup transportation.

NEVER use any kind of stop leak on a refrigerant system. Just asking for lots of repairs and possibly total replacement later. There are no tolerances for any contaminants in the system.
If the Evap coil needs to be replaced, might as well replace the heater core as well. Those are known to go out.
