Question 01 R/T question

so i was cleanig the tb and changing the air filter today and i noticed that i had a cable that is broken. i was wondering if someone could tell me what the cable is for/ called and where i can get a new one at? thanks in advance.
you can see in the picture i am holding the cable with my fingers it runs to the firewall and drops down and attaches to the tb

there should be three cables going to the tb iirc, one for the throttle control (gas pedal) one for the cruise control (if equipped) and one going to the transmission (referred to as a TV, or transmission valve cable) it sounds to me like the third one is what you need, however what you are holding in the picture looks like a hose not a cable.
