what is the problem with it? no power i assume?
the power outlet inside the center armrest is run through a fuse in the PDC under the hood, my guess is you changed the one in the drivers side door jamb which has 0 effect on that outlet or the one in the rear which are both fused in the PDC

Yeah, no power to it. I did swap out the fuse under the hood and checked the fuses in the cab (visually) and all seemed fine, no discoloration. From what I understand by reading here, the rear and center are on the same fuse and the rear has power both with the old and new fuse. Is there a way to test the outlet to see if that is the problem, or just replace it and see? I'm just afraid there is a deeper problem with the wiring...

the center console outlet is in the circuit BEFORE the one in the back, if the one in the back works i would imagine that the issue has to be the plug itself, im nots ure how it is wired in, but if there is a plug take a voltmeter and see if you have power to the plug
i will also note that when talking about fuses visually inspecting them is NOT good enough, they can blow without showing any signs of being bad on a visual inspection.

If it comes back i would unplug everything you did again and spray each one with contact cleaner and let it dry.
