Will the instrument cluster from a 99 durango fit a 99 Dakota?

yes it should, however the mileage will be be wrong in the odometer window.

+1 i will work however make sure if you have a full time transfer case (nv242) that you get a cluster with a "full-time 4wd" light in it. as i have learned they to make the exact cluster with and without the light unless you don't care about the light... personally i'm just OCD about things like that.
