Ok well I need to know the proper way to remove the torsion bars and sway bar so i can get the control arms off. Any links to instructions or write ups is most welcome.

i just did this. you wanna pull the entire sway bar off. there are two bolts on the underside of each lower arm and then the ends pop free. then you want to take the frame moutns off and the whole bar will come free. then you want to remove the torsion bar and keys. make sure you record how many turns it took to get them off and where the keys and arms match on the bar.

to get the arms off you gotta take the hub/knucke off. basically take the tierod ends out and the ball joints off and take the axle nut off and the whole thing should come loose. make sure to remove the brakes too.

the lower arms are on with two bolts that come off easy enough.

P.S. what bushings did you use for the upper and lower arms? Energy Suspension or something else.

The only ones rock auto had. The upper arm I couldn't get the bushings off so I just left the old ones for now til I can get a tool to pull them. They were ok for a bit.

i suggest white out (it comes in a pen at staples) for making stuff up as you take it apart, the pen style makes precision application easier, and allows you to mark dirty parts in ledible writing that wont brush off (like chalk has a habit of doing)
