Default Radiator drain valve location (pic)

On the 2002 manual I downloaded it says the valve is on the bottom left of the radiator if your looking at the vehicle (2003 Durango 4.7 4wd). This is

on the right side and when I open it nothing comes out. I know there's coolant in there. Is there maybe gunk plugging it up? Please advise. Thank

you.

Another dumb question. Should I just keep unsrewing it or do you push it up then unsrew? I would experiment but it's plastic and I don't want to damage it. Thank you for your help

OK I got it. I needed to turn it more. Gave it another turn and a half and out it came. Thanks
