Default 2001 dodge durango rear passanger window motor

I thought the window came off track,but took off panel and see window on track. Hit the button the motor moves ,but window does not . Do i need a new motor or am i not connected somewhere? DK what to check next

Two cables come out of the motor, 1 pulls down, the other pulls up. If the cable moves with the motor, it may have been diconnected where it attaches to the window. If the cable doesnt move, the motor is disconnected from the cable. More than likely a new power window regulator is needed.
