tune up time and retune
Tuned up the Durango today. Nice when all the boots come off without breaking, greased. Plugs e3 were all brown but I just sea foamed the top end. The cap and rotor were done last year in october about 15k. I have had good luck with these plugs. 1+2 MPG. Will find out after 2hr drive to job tomorrow. Now this seems to be a mopar thing with the cap and rotor burning out so soon. My Chevy 406 454 and 350s with hei didn't burn out this fast. Is there a better solution for the ignition? I had the Summit cap and wires now bwd lifetime with brass tips all they had. Same wires. Shifting changed with hypertech 93 octane so I backed it down to 87 and running premium just to be sure no ethenol content.
