Exclamation Need Help to Repair My 1st gen Durango

I need some help to repair/rebuild my 2000 Durango. One problem/recall lead to a potential big bill. Parts is about $500 and a chosen mech is $90 an hour, even if I help him....
1st Issue: Brake Caliper Bolt/Pins Stripped Out. I used oversized Pins then eventally used steel bolts with J.B Weld.
2nd Issue: The above rigging after 2-3 months litterally blew 4 wheels and 2 tires.
3rd Issue And Main Issue at Hand: I need to replace the knuckle/spindles, with brake calipers, pads, and rotors. Its the driver side the worse with the humming & grinding....

Question? Go with same oem parts (from salvage yard) or is there any Ideas out there??
Yes I have been reading past post and forums but 500+ is a bit of a few pages.

Its an easy job and can be done in a day. The salvage yard knuckle should come with a rotor and caliper. Its a matter of UNbolting and bolting up the new parts.

Personally I wouldn't use second hand parts when it comes to brakes and what not. Try rockauto.com that's where I get most of my parts and they're cheaper than the parts stores in my area as well as other websites.

in the case of the knuckles junkyard parts are fine, but make sure that the ones you get dont have the same stripped out thread holes in them too

Ok thanksfor the in-put guys.... I was thinking of re-drilling/tapping the used knuckles anyway. Sand the rotors just a bit smoother, And use new calipers & pads. Im not "pimping or customizing" Rattlez just yet, Im just trying to get it "back to normal". As for Pimping & Customizing, Im a simple subtle and on a budget guy. I'll thread that next for help.....

I wouldn't drill them unless you need to
